As we continue our series on leadership and peak performance, we would be remiss if we did not mention the significant impact of blind spots and self-limiting beliefs on our ability to lead.
The unfortunate reality is that these powerful forces exist at a subconscious level, yet they direct our lives and profoundly influence our fate.
It has been our experience that repeated failure in achieving goals is often the result of self-limiting beliefs that go unrecognized. Professional executive coaches help clients uncover these subconscious forces and bring them to a conscious level. Only then can we begin to change our thought processes and alter the negative effects of these destructive forces.
The video below helps explain the connection between Blind spots and self-limiting beliefs and how one can create the other.
