Coaching is about facilitating or helping a person develop into the person that they are intended to be.
In this video, Line of Sight discusses how coaching can help you develop into the leader you were intended to be and why issues that occur in your clinical practice will also show up in your personal life.
Coaching is not about what you’ve learned or going to learn, it’s about what you’re going to become. It’s about facilitating or helping a person develop into the person that they’re intended to be. We often feel like there is something missing in our lives or that we have all this unexplored potential. Every human being has a reality that they believe, and that reality is full of assumptions, positions, belief systems, some of them are self-limiting belief systems, and many of them are just not factually correct. Coaching can help you realize your belief systems and help you acknowledge that they are often less abundant than what’s really possible.
