You will complete and debrief a Leadership Circle Profile Assessment. From that assessment, we will design & execute a personal leadership development plan. Together, we will help you become clear on exactly what is most important to you. That clarity will produce the energy for your change goals. The cohort will inspire and produce accountability.
Month 3 & 4
Creating a Culture & Leveraging your Team’s Talent
You & your team using vision, mission, values exercises to build the framework of your culture. You the leader will become the coach of your individual team members. Having stress free “courageous conversations” and giving effective feedback will become the norm. Expanding leadership responsibilities to key team members.
Month 5 & 6
Business Performance and Growth
We finish off the program focused on your business and growth strategies. Determining your competitive advantages & putting them to work. Helping you become clear on your brand. We also help you define and determine your position in the marketplace with messaging and more. All of this will help you achieve the success you are seeking.

Dr. Joel C. Small is a retired clinical endodontist, Board Certified Executive Leadership Coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and the author of “Face to Face: A Leadership Guide For Healthcare Professionals and Entrepreneurs.”
Dr. Edwin A. McDonald III (also known as Dr. Mac) is a Speaker, Author, Coach and a Dentist. He maintains a private dental practice in Plano, Texas, specializing in esthetic, restorative, and Implant dentistry.

Many times there is a gap between being successful in our professional and personal and spiritual lives. We recently arranged for Dr. Joel Small, a practicing endodontist for over 30 years and the author of the book, Face to Face, to visit our area as the speaker for our annual “Spring Into Dentistry” seminar.
