Understanding how beneficial and critical trust is to the whole culture of any organization.
Trust is the Foundation
Trust is the foundation of any type of culture, whether it be a culture between you and myself and how we work together or within an organization. Trust is the Catalyst for everything to work

But it’s important that we understand how beneficial and critical trust is to the whole culture of any organization. Without it, nothing works. I mean, it’s really kind of the catalyst for everything to work.
