Pina Johnson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and seasoned Dental Practice Administrator with over 20 years of industry experience. Having managed a large Bay Area specialty practice with 11 doctors and 40+ team members, she deeply understands the operational and cultural complexities of modern dentistry.
Driven to develop others, Pina completed her coach training at UC Davis and earned her PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With additional certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, Group Coaching, and Team Coaching, she empowers dental leaders using practical, evidence-based tools.
A published author and dynamic speaker, Pina delivers actionable presentations on leadership, work-life integration, and internal marketing. She is an active member of the Dental Speaking Consulting Network, Dental Entrepreneur Women, and the ICF.
