Develop the Leader Within You!
Create a more rewarding practice by combining improved leadership characteristics with your current skillset as a health practitioner.

Few leaders are born – most leaders are made. Through circumstance and training, these individuals recognize the need for someone to step forward and take the reins then, in most cases, develop the leadership skills to succeed.
However, this trial and error approach to leadership can be both painful and time consuming for all involved; a sort of on the job training in leadership with too many false starts and wrong turns taken.
There is a better way.
The Line of Sight Leadership Coaching Program builds a solid foundation for leadership by focusing on mindset, values, and purpose; that is, the ways in which your thoughts and beliefs affect the decisions you make, as well as the actions you take.
Whether patients care, engaging with your team, or finding a balance between your work and your life, you first need to recognize and understand who you are and what you value, before you can have a positive influence on the thoughts and actions of others.
Recognize Your Leadership Potential
Much of what passes for leadership coaching and training these days is little more than platitudes and simplistic jargon. That is not what a serious professional needs to succeed as a leader.
We believe that the path to developing effective leadership qualities is a journey of self-discovery; of getting to know yourself more intimately than you thought possible and discarding belief systems that limit your success.
INFLUENTIAL LEADERS BUILD POTENT PRACTICES
To help you accomplish this, we employ a leadership assessment, the Leadership Circle 360° Profile as an integral part of our programs.
This is a competency-based 360° profile that measures two primary leadership domains; your Creative Leadership Competencies and your Reactive Tendencies. This cutting edge assessment tool integrates this information along with your personality so that key opportunities for leadership development become apparent.
This vital information, once viewed through the lens of your own unique leadership style, becomes the foundation from which your personal leadership development plan is created in collaboration with your coach. The combination of the LCP 360, identification of your unique leadership style, and the collaborative creation of a leadership development plan is unique to the Line of Sight Coaching Program. We are unaware of any similar program available to the healthcare industry. Furthermore, we believe that we have created a truly “fail safe” system to leadership development for our colleagues.
The depth and breadth of insight that results makes this one of the most comprehensive leadership assessment tools available. Finally, the data gathered enables leaders to immediately know what is working, what is not, and why.
Knowing the results to this type of comprehensive assessment on your leadership style will help you understand yourself better so that you can focus on the areas to improve in order to get better results.

Once you have taken the assessment and the results are in, you will meet with your coach for a debrief. During the debrief we will:
- Define your role and place in the organization
- Talk about your leadership influences
- Review qualitative feedback
- Review Leadership Circle Profile Graph
- Discuss areas for growth
- Identify your “One Big Thing” Goal
This is the type of information and assessment you’ve been searching for – perhaps without even knowing – to help you realize your leadership potential.
Frankly, without this critical data, your chances of reaching your goals are minimal. With that in mind, feel free to contact us for a complimentary call to discuss how our coaching program can help you reach your full potential – and transform your practice and profits.

A Special Message from the Coaches:
Our experiences as both medical professionals and coaches have led us to the point that we firmly believe we are on the cutting edge of leadership coaching for health professionals in the 21st Century.
We know what it’s like to feel like a prisoner in your own practice. We understand the challenges you face when trying to offer the most comprehensive care possible, while struggling to turn a profit. We know how staffing problems, low morale, long hours, and a real sense of overwhelm and burnout can ruin the balance between work and life.
We also know that this scenario is unnecessary and preventable. You can transform your current reality and have the practice – and life – you've always dreamed of having.”
OUR MISSION is to coach dentists, physicians, and health professionals to develop the profitable practice of their dreams and work-life balance that creates happiness for everyone: doctor, staff, clients and family.
Dentists are well taught in the skills of providing dentistry but for the most part are left to themselves to develop leadership and business skills. Many times there is a gap between being successful in our professional and personal and spiritual lives. We recently arranged for Dr. Joel Small, a practicing endodontist for over 30 years and the author of the book, Face to Face, to visit our area as the speaker for our annual “Spring Into Dentistry” seminar. He totally engaged our group of over 60 dentists and team members in aspects of office leadership and culture for 4 hours. His presentation was unique and yet logical. Don’t miss an opportunity to listen to his message and learn from his vast experience."
