Line of Sight Coaching is a unique program led by Dr. Joel Small, Dr. Mac McDonald, and Pina Johnson.
Our team of trained coaches work with Dentists, Dental Professionals and their leadership teams to transform the practice with better leaders, communicators, team builders, and influencers. Pina Johnson is a Professional Certified Executive Coach and long-time office manager for a large multi-doctor dental practice. Pina specializes in leadership development, culture development, and creating peak-performing teams.
Dr. Joel C. Small is a retired clinical endodontist, Board Certified Executive Leadership Coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and the author of “Face to Face: A Leadership Guide For Healthcare Professionals and Entrepreneurs.” He is the co-founder of Line of Sight coaching, LLC and Phase Two Dental Transitions, Inc. He has an MBA with an emphasis in healthcare management.
Dr. Edwin A. McDonald III (also known as Dr. Mac) is a Speaker, Author, Coach and practicing Dentist. He maintains a private dental practice in Plano, Texas, specializing in esthetic, restorative, and Implant dentistry. Dr. Mac is a Certified Executive Coach and the co-founder of Line of Sight coaching.
